Training Support Team

This service will help you:

  • get acquainted with the e-learning platform;
  • find additional learning resources and support you may need during your studies,
  • develop appropriate teaching strategies;
  • Get advice on learning difficulties and special learning needs.

If you experience any technical issues with your personal account or the learning platform, you can contact the Learning Support Service or the IT and Technical Support Department. SIIL encourages applicants and students to notify us as early as possible about any learning difficulties or support they may require. In some exceptional cases, this can also be done at any time during the course of their studies. Students who begin their studies without notifying their teachers run the risk of certain adjustments and support not being provided in a timely manner. In some cases, applicants/students may be unwilling to declare their health status, but we can only provide reasonable, best-quality adjustments if we know in advance that they are necessary. All support provided by SIIL is entirely confidential and remains between the academic staff and the student.

Extra time for official exams (25% extra time)

Oral examinations in addition to written examinations provide the student with the opportunity to revise their written work.
