The Academic Help Desk is a one-stop support service that addresses the full range of issues SIIL students may encounter during their studies. Its primary function is to process student inquiries and connect them with relevant faculty and services.

Another important feature of the Academic Assistant is the personal aspect: each assistant is a real person with whom you maintain contact from the beginning of the program to its completion.
