PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) determines the procedure for collecting, processing, and using personal data of users of the SIIL website (https://siil.ch/ru). By registering on the SIIL website and paying for educational programs, the user gives their full and unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy. If the user does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must immediately stop using the website.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement posted at https://siil.ch/ru/agreement.
1.2. The Policy applies to all users of the website, including those who only browse information and registered users.
1.3. Using the website means that the user has read this Policy and accepts it in full.
2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
2.1. When using the website, the following data may be collected and processed:
2.1.1. IP address;
2.1.2. operating system type;
2.1.3. device identifiers;
2.1.4. surname, first name, patronymic (if applicable);
2.1.5. user’s photo;
2.1.6. email address;
2.1.7. contact phone number;
2.1.8. results of completed educational programs;
2.1.9. messages and comments left by the user;
2.1.10. browsing history of site pages;
2.1.11. internet browser data;
2.1.12. payment information necessary for paying for educational programs.
2.2. To ensure the operation of the website, cookies are used, which allow saving data for user authorisation and interface settings.
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. For the purposes of this Policy, processing of personal data includes the following actions:
3.1.1. collection;
3.1.2. systematisation;
3.1.3. accumulation and storage;
3.1.4. clarification (updating, modification);
3.1.5. use;
3.1.6. transfer (distribution, provision, access);
3.1.7. depersonalisation;
3.1.8. blocking;
3.1.9. deletion and destruction.
3.2. The user gives consent to the processing of personal data at the time of registration and during further use of the website.
3.3. In certain cases provided by law or necessary for the performance of obligations to the user, data may be transferred to third parties (for example, payment systems, educational partners) while observing all confidentiality measures.
4. USER’S LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
4.1. The user independently places information on the website and understands the possible risks of its disclosure.
4.2. Certain actions of the user (for example, posting comments, filling out public profiles) may result in personal data becoming available to an indefinite circle of persons. The user gives their consent to this to the extent of the actions performed.
4.3. The user also agrees to receive informational and advertising messages by email and phone provided during registration. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a notice to info@siil.ch.
5. PURPOSES OF USING INFORMATION
5.1. The collected information is used for the following purposes:
5.1.1. fulfilment of obligations to the user (providing access to educational programs, tests, personal account);
5.1.2. maintaining communication with the user (responding to requests, order status notifications);
5.1.3. sending informational and advertising mailings (with the option to opt out);
5.1.4. improving the quality of the website, analysing user preferences;
5.1.5. identifying the user when logging into the personal account;
5.1.6. account administration;
5.1.7. compliance with legal requirements, including anti-fraud measures.
6. INFORMATION PROTECTION
6.1. SIIL takes necessary organisational and technical measures to protect users’ personal data from:
6.1.1. unauthorised access;
6.1.2. destruction, modification, blocking;
6.1.3. distribution, copying;
6.1.4. other unlawful actions of third parties.
6.2. Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except in cases expressly provided by law, or when such transfer is necessary to fulfil contractual obligations to the user (for example, to payment systems).
6.3. Only authorised SIIL employees who are required to maintain confidentiality have access to personal data.
7. ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS
7.1. The website Administrator has the right to:
7.1.1. conduct statistical research based on depersonalised user data;
7.1.2. use data for targeted advertising within the website and external advertising networks;
7.1.3. provide information to state authorities in cases established by law;
7.1.4. transfer data to third parties to prevent fraud and ensure security (to the extent necessary for these purposes);
7.1.5. transfer data in the course of fulfilling contractual obligations (to partners, subcontractors) provided that they comply with the requirements of this Policy.
8. USER’S RIGHTS
8.1. The user has the right to:
8.1.1. change and supplement their personal data in the personal account;
8.1.2. request deletion of their personal data (except for data that must be stored in accordance with the law);
8.1.3. withdraw consent to receive advertising and informational mailings;
8.1.4. contact the Administrator regarding personal data processing matters;
8.1.5. send requests for modification or deletion of data by email to info@siil.ch (a response is provided within 30 working days).
9. AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY
9.1. SIIL reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
9.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the website.
9.3. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes means the user’s consent to the updated version of the Policy.
9.4. If the user does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the website.
10. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
10.1. If separate agreements or contracts between the user and SIIL contain provisions regarding personal data, they apply to the extent that they do not contradict this Policy.
10.2. All disputes related to the processing of personal data shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event of a disagreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the court at the Administrator’s location.
