Why does the Swiss Institute teach in Russian?

Switzerland is a multilingual country with national languages including German, French, Italian, and Romansh. It consists of 26 cantons, each of which may use different languages beyond the four official ones.

Thanks to this linguistic diversity, there are no restrictions on the language of instruction in higher education institutions in Switzerland, allowing programs to be taught in any language.

At SIIL, instruction is conducted in Russian and English, with plans to expand the range of languages offered in the future.

Why are the prices listed in euros?

Tuition fees at SIIL are listed in euros, even though Switzerland uses the Swiss franc, because our institute attracts students from all over the world. The euro has been chosen as the primary currency for tuition payments due to its wide availability and convenience for international students. This makes the payment process easier for those living in European Union countries or in other regions where exchanging into Swiss francs may be more difficult.

By offering payments in euros, SIIL aims to make financial transactions simpler and more accessible for its students, regardless of their location. We hope this approach makes the payment process easier and more convenient for everyone.

Where can I find information about SIIL graduates?

To protect the personal data of our students, we are not permitted to disclose information about them without their consent.

However, you can connect with SIIL students and graduates in our official Telegram community.
